Must-Have:

Strong product thinking; turn ambiguity into clear, testable specs

Write tight PRDs, flows, tickets, and acceptance criteria

Define success metrics / evals upfront

3+ years PM experience in software/ tech industry

Solid SDLC understanding (incl. AI-assisted workflows)

Manage cross-functional teams (eng., design, QA)
-
Strong client handling: requirements, expectations, scope

Clear, structured communication (no ambiguity)

Proficiency with Jira / ClickUp / Asana / Trello

Own timelines, scope, budgets, delivery

Strong problem-solving and risk management
Good to Have:

Experience with LLMs / AI workflows

Ability to design evaluation frameworks

Basic understanding of APIs / system design

Multi-project management experience

QA, release, and change management exposure

PMP / CSM Certification

Strong documentation skills
