Good to Have:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field
- Understanding of IT/SaaS services
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Familiarity with freelance platforms (Upwork), online sales channels, US market trends, culture and communication styles
Soft Skills:
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills
- Strong research skills
- Proactive and target-oriented approach
